%X Workload will affect both work stress and positive stress. Good performance will certainly affect the performance of the product produced. The research conducted at Yogyakarta Muamalat KC bank aims to see the workload and non-physical work environment on employee performance through work stress through intervening variables. Using path analysis, this study involved 36 employees in the marketing funding division using a questionnaire technique. The result is workload and non-physical work environment has a significant effect on performance but workload on work stress and work stress on performance has no significant effect. While workload and non-physical work environment through work stress have a significant effect on performance.
