The development of an independent Islamic bank is inseparable from the hard work of human resources that have mobilized energy, thought, and ability for the company. Human resources is the most important thing to determine the task of the goals of the organization, therefore, every organization will always try to improve the performance of its employees by achieving the desired company goals. This reseach is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of study employees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Jakarta Thamrin Area. The analiysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and using SPSS vs. 24. The data used in this study are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 51 respondents who are permanent employees of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Jakarta Area Thamrin. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style, motivation and work discipline have a signiticant influence on employee performance. Testing t (partial) showed that motivation and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance while transformational leadership has a significant negative effect on employee performance.
