BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. The analytical tool used was mutiple linear regression techniques. The dependent variable in this study is productivity, while the independent variables in this study were organisation curture, educational background, and ethics of islamic work. The population used was 31 employees. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sampling, so that all populations are used as samples. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews.
