abstract: This study aims to determine how the influence of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and conflict on employee work stress. This research was conducted at the Islamic People‟s Financing Bank (BPRS) Barokah Dana Sejahtera (BDS) Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all employees at BPRS Barokah Dana Sejahtera (BDS) Yogyakarta amounting to 53 employees. The method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysi, as for data analysis in this study using the validity and reliability, normality test, heterokedasticity test, multicollinearity test, F test, coefficient of determination, and test T.   
The results showed the hypothesis is accepted is that emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and conflict had an effect on employee work stress at the BPRS Barokah Dana Sejahtera (BDS) Yogyakarta with significant values each at 0.046 for emotional intelligence, 0.048 for spiritual intelligence, and 0.002 for conflict. And of the coefficient of determination indicates that emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and conflict has the effect of 21.5% and the remaining 78.5% influenced by other factors.
