Theoretically, the decision to go public gets a big influence in improving the condition of the company and improving the company's financial performance. With the change of the company into a public company, it is expected to improve the company's image and performance. This study aims to determine whether the Islamic Commercial Bank before and after going public has the same level of health and stability. The method used are RGEC and alman z-score analysis with sampling techniques is purposive sampling. Based on this technique, three banks were selected as the research samples, PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Negara Syariah (BTPNS), Sharia Panin Bank (BPS) and PT. BRISyariah (BRIS). The data used in this study are the Islamic Commercial Bank financial statements before and after going public obtained from the OJK with the website www.ojk.go.id and from each banking website itself. The time dimension used is the time series and research is carried out in a cross sectional manner. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the level of health in the CAR ratio due to the addition of the IPO value. Meanwhile, other variables such as FDR (Financing to Deposit Ratio), NPF (Non Performing Financing), ROA (returns on assets), NOM (Net Operating Margin), CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) and GCG do not have a significant difference. And there are differences in the soundness level of banks before and after going public using the altman z-score method in Islamic Commercial Banks where Islamic Commercial Banks are more stable after going public than before going public. date: 2020-06-15 date_type: published institution: UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta department: Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam thesis_type: skripsi thesis_name: other citation: Miftahul Jannah, NIM.: 16820051 (2020) STUDI KOMPARASI PENILAIAN KESEHATAN BANK UMUM SYARIAH (BUS) SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH GO PUBLIC MENGGUNAKAN METODE RGEC DAN ALTMAN Z-SCORE.
