abstract: The development of information technology has spread to the bankingsector, even have adapted to the lifestyle of people who tend to prefer everythingfast, instant and efficient. It can be seen from the number of cashless transactionsthat continue to increase since e-money and m-banking began to attract by thepublic. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship betweenperceived usefulnes, perceived ease of use, perceived of risk and trust in thepreference and intention of merchants using the QRIS Code of Islamic banks inYogyakarta. This research is a quantitative study with a type of causal research.The population in this research are merchants that used QR Code paymentinstruments in Yogyakarta. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, the numberof samples used in this research were 100 merchants. The data analysis techniqueused is Structural Equation Model and Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with thehelp of data processing applications using Smart-PLS 3.0. The results of thisresearch indicate the perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect onpreference. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect onpreference. While perceived of risk and trust do not effect on preferences. The lasteffect is preference has positive and significant effect on intention of merchantsusing QRIS Code of Islamic banks.
