The population in study were all employees of BPRS Sukowati Sragen. Sampling in study using saturated samples. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires. In this study, using 33 respondents who can be prossed. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linier regresion analysis. The result showe thad empowerment, job performance, job rotation and jon promotion simultaneously had positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Partially, the empowerment variable has no effect on employe job satisfaction with a t value of 0,625{\ensuremath{<}}t table 2,04841, with a significance value of 0,537{\ensuremath{<}}0,05. Job performance variable has a positive effect on employe job satisfaction with the t value of 3.496{\ensuremath{>}}t table 2.04841, with a significance value og 0.02{\ensuremath{<}}0.05. job rotation variable has a positive effect on employe job satisfaction with a value 2.103{\ensuremath{>}}t table 2.04841, with a significance value of 0.04{\ensuremath{<}}0.05. Job promotion variable has a possitive effect on job satisfaction with a value of 2.471{\ensuremath{>}}t table 2.04841, with a significance value of 0.02{\ensuremath{<}}0.05.} }
