For example Islamic Law which includes wages. In the current global era, many employer practices that are applied by employers to their employees often make employees dissatisfied with the compensation from employers. However, there are employees who receive stipulations of wages given by the employer because of the urgency of urgent living needs. This study discusses how the wage system of women workers in particular and general contract workers in CV. Yuasafood Berkah Makmur and whether the wage system is in accordance with the terms and conditions in the ijarah agreement or not, because in the CV. Yuasafood Berkah Makmur differed in setting wages between workers. This research aims study how the remuneration system applied in the CV. Yuasafood Berkah Makmur and to find out whether the remuneration system applied in CV. Yuasafood Berkah Makmur is in accordance with Islamic Economic Law. This research is a kind of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The source data used is the primary data source from direct interviews with the owner and also the workers. Data analysis uses deductive inductive methods. From the results of rsearch and analysis shows that the wages of women workers in particular and wholesales workers generally meet the pillars and conditions, namely ?aqidain, object or jobs and sighat. While ujrah or belim wages fulfill the terms and the ijarah agreement.} }
