This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population this study are followers Instagram account @infosumbar which this case students who reside in West Sumatera Province Dormitory in Yogyakarta. samples taken as 40 respondents using nonprobability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Likert scale. The results of Instagram account @infosumbar by 74,45% in high categorized, and fulfillment information needs of 77% in high categorized. This research conclude that Instagram account of @infosumbar effective in this caase give a positive in fulfillment information needs.
