The\r\nvariables used in this study are employee stock ownership program (ESOP), total\r\nasset turnover (TATO), and leverage. The sample in this study is 31 companies\r\nthat have gone public and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for\r\nthe 2016-2018 period. The analysis technique used is panel data regression\r\nanalysis using Eviews 9 software.\r\nBased on the results of the study it can be concluded that the employee\r\nstock ownership program (ESOP) has no significant effect on company\r\nperformance (ROA). Total asset turnover (TATO) has no significant effect on\r\ncompany performance (ROA), and leverage has a positif and significant effect on\r\ncompany performance (ROA).
