description: This study aims to determine the effect of profitability ratios, solvency liquidity, lagged dividend, size and growth on dividend policy in companies listed on the JII70 index. The financial reporting period which is the object of research is 20162018. With the purposive sampling method, there are 37 companies that  become the research sample. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of profitability, liquidity and lagged dividend have a positive significant effect. The growth variable has a negative and significant effect. Meanwhile, the variable solvency and size had no effect.
