This research studied about UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The goal was achived by explaining the influence of external variables, specifically e-learning self-efficacy, complexity and lack of time toward variables inside Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study is an ex-post facto research with quantitative approach. The primary data was originated from closed questionnaire with 31 questions inside using Likert scale with 4 alternative answers. The respondents of this research were 102 student of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta which already participated in elearning training. Data which have obtained in intervals scale then processed using SPSS software. This method of data analysis in this study using path analysis method. According to the analysis of data, the result of this study as follows: (1) elearning self-efficacy factor influences actual technology use of e-learning by theachers of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta through perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and behavioral intention, (2) complexity influences actual technology use of e-learning by theachers of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta through perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and behavioral intention to use, and (3) lack of time influences actual technology use of e-learning by theachers of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta directly and indirectly through behavioral intention. %Z Dr. Bambang Sugiantoro, S.SI, M.T.
