This study aims to simulate activity spiking in neuron models. The neuron models used are the Hodgkin-Huxley neuron model, the Integrate and Fireneuron model, the Wilson neuron model, and the Izhikevich neuron model. The research was carried out by implementing mathematical equations of each neuron model used then recording changes in membrane potential over time using the Euler method, to get form of activity spiking a different carried out by varying the value of the variables in the mathematical equation of each neuron model that describes the processing of action potentials (spikes) that influenced ion channel activity. The results of the research show that theneuron model Integrate and Fire produces the regular spiking (RS) form, the Hodgkin-Huxley neuron model produces the regular spiking (RS) form, the Wilson neuron model produces the regular spiking (RS), fast spiking (FS), and intrinsic form bursting (IB), the Izhikevich neuron model produces forms of regular spiking (RS), fast spiking (FS), intrinsic bursting (IB), chattering neurons (CH), and low thresshold spiking (LTS). From the complexity of the variables used and theactivity spiking generated by each neuron model, it can give an idea related to computational efficiency and proximity in real biological neurons.
