Yogyakarta is one of the developing tourist cities in Indonesia. This has an impact on increasing tourism service companies. One of the tourism service companies is Joglo Wisata, which is based in Yogyakarta. From this background, a problem formulation in this study arises, namely: how is the communication strategy used by Joglo Wisata in maintaining customer loyalty? From here, the researcher looked for the communication strategy that was carried out by Joglo Wisat in maintaining customer loyalty. The theory used in this research is Fred R. David's theory in strategic management, which is about the stages in the strategy, namely strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation. Furthermore, the researcher mixes with a Jill Griffin's theory regarding the characteristics of customer loyalty.T he research method in this research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis techniques.
