%X This research was conducted to explain the strategy used by Police Liaison D.I. Yogyakarta to establish a positive image of police. Public Relation election in each police because the media and in society, the police has always been an Interesting conversation.   This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The subject of this research is the field of Police Public Relations D.I. Yogyakarta and the parties concerned in it. While the object of research is a strategy to establish a positive image of police in society. Selected research informants regularly. The data collected through two methods of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through in-depth interviews and non participant observation (observation did not participate). Secondary data was collected through the police profile of Indonesia, Internet portals, press releases, and supporting documents.   using data analysis methods of data reduction, data display, and verification of data. Examination truth data using pattern Matching methods. the results showed that the Police Liaison D.I. Yogyakarta while strategies implemented to form a positive image of police is the Quick Wins to increase the love and trust the public to the police institution. Implementation measures in accordance with the model implementation strategy formulated by Samuel C. Certo  amp; J. Paul Peter.
