This research uses mixed methods. The quantitative-qualitative combination research method is a method that focuses on collecting and analyzing data and combining quantitative and qualitative data. The result of the research states that the financial performance perspective is not good, from the internal business perspective it is good, and from the growth and learning perspective it is very good.
