The subjects of this research are 103 women. The scale used in this research is marital satisfaction scale which the researcher designed based on Fowers & Olson (1993) theory, which consist of 28 items, work-family conflict scale designed by the researcher based on Carlson, Kacmar and Williams (2000) theory which consists of 18 items, and gratitude scale which the researcher designed based on McCullough, Tsang and Emmons (2004), consists of 20 items. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that there is a correlation between workfamily conflict and gratitude simultaneously towards marital satisfaction in working wives.
