This research aimed to design, manufacture, and test a prototype of home door security system based on solenoid door lock, magnetic sensor, NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller and Blynk application. This research was conducted in three stages, namely system design, manufacturing, and testing. System design was done using Sketchup and Fritzing software. The system was built using a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller, solenoid door lock, magnetic sensor, buzzer and the Blynk app as the viewer. System testing was done by finding the success percentage of a system with a variety of keystrokes and breaking doors. Both were carried out iteration 100 times. Prototype home door security system based on solenoid door lock, magnetic sensor, ESP8266 NodeMCU microcontroller a nd Blynk application was designed, manufactured, and tested. The results showed that success percentage of the door security system was 100\%.} }
