%A NIM: 16820009 DESKA ARYADINATA %O JOKO SETYONO, SE, M.Si %T PENGARUH QUALITY OF WORK LIFE DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus di BPD DIY Syariah) %X This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life and work motivation on employee loyalty with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees at BPD DIY Syariah. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique (with a minimum requirement of 1 year of work), amounting to 36. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires. In this study using 36 questionnaires that can be processed. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Quality of Work Life and work motivation simultaneously had a positive effect on employee loyalty. Partially, the Quality of Work Life variable affects employee loyalty with a tcount of 2.144 and a significant value of 0.040. Work motivation variable has no effect on employee loyalty with a tcount of -1.869 and a significant value of 0.071. Job satisfaction variable affects employee loyalty with a t count of 4.031 and a significant value of 0.000. Job Satisfaction is not able to mediate part of the Quality of Work Life on employee loyalty with a direct effect value of 0.387 and an indirect effect of 0.040.
