The independent variables used in this study are Organizational Trust, Perceived Organizational Support, and Work Environment. The population in this study were all employees working at Muamalat Bank, Yogyakarta Branch Office. The sampling technique uses the saturated sample method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents totaling 55 people and processed with the same amount. Data analysis methods in this study are the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS program. The results showed that the variables of organizational trust, perceptions of organizational support, and work environment together influence the organizational commitment of employees. Organizational trust, perceived organizational support, and work environment have proven effects on organizational commitment. %Z Drs. Akhmad Yusuf Khoirudin, S.E., M.Si.
