This research was conducted at Yogyakarta Branch Muamalat Bank. The population in this study were all employees at the Muamalat Bank Yogyakarta Branch, amounting to 55 employees, and the sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample, so that all employees of the Muamalat Bank Yogyakarta Branch could fill out a questionnaire. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study was to use multiple linear regression analysis performed on the SPSS analysis tool version 25.00. The results of this study stated that organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and job insecurity did not have effect on employee turnover intention.
