It can be seen from the number of cashless transactions that continue to increase since e-money and m-banking began to attract by the public. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between perceived usefulnes, perceived ease of use, perceived of risk and trust in the preference and intention of merchants using the QRIS Code of Islamic banks in Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative study with a type of causal research. The population in this research are merchants that used QR Code payment instruments in Yogyakarta. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, the number of samples used in this research were 100 merchants. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model and Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of data processing applications using Smart-PLS 3.0. The results of this research indicate the perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on preference. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on preference. While perceived of risk and trust do not effect on preferences. The last effect is preference has positive and significant effect on intention of merchants using QRIS Code of Islamic banks.} }
