This research is a causal study which is to find out whether one variable affects other variables. The population in this study amounted to 76 employees, with the sampling technique using census techniques. The data obtained is the result of field research through questionnaires and interviews as complementary data. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and path analysis with IBM SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the relationship between leaders and employees (LMX) which includes affection, contribution, professional respect, and loyalty as well as a compensation system that includes salaries, incentives, benefits, and pension funds has a positive and significant impact on employee?s performance of BPRS Madina Syariah \& BPRS Sukowati with the mediating variable of job satisfaction. With a significance value is 0.300 (LMX) and 0.322 (Compensation).} }
