This research method using quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees of BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique. Primary data used in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires. The number of samples obtained was 33 respondents. The results showed that organizational culture, compensation, and job stress together or simultaneously have an positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Partially, the organizational culture variable has no effect on job satisfaction with t count of -0.174 and a significant value of 0.863. In the compensation variable, it was found to have an positive effect with t count of 3.757 and a significant value of 0.001. While the work stress variable was found to have no effect with the t-count value of -1.125 and a significant value of 0.270. %Z Drs. AKHMAD YUSUF KHORUDDIN, S.E., M.Si.
