Bank BRI Syariah Tbk. will merge into one entity name PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. this merge of three Islamic Banks must be a stimulus that makes people intend to be customers of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. this study aims to know the interest of Z Generation in Yogyakarta to be the customers of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. variables that are used to analyze the intents in this study are attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and trust. attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control are variables taken from the theory of behavioral control (TPB) plus trust variable. Methode used in this study is the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) with 192 Z Generation in Yogyakarta are the respondents that choose with purposive sampling methods. Z Generation used to be respondents because Z Generation is the youngest generation will into the working world. the location of this study takes place in Yogyakarta because Yogyakarta is known as the City of Student. which means there is many Z Generation in Yogyakarta. The Conclusion of this study is the attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and trust affect the intention of the Z Generation in Yogyakarta to be customers of PT.
