NUR AFIFAH, NIM: 17108020069 Y1 - 2021/04/09/ N2 - The fast growth of Islamic banking is supported by government policies, good sources of capital, adequate liquidity, public Islamic financial education, as well as human resources. Quality human resources will certainly support productivity. Islamic banking graduate students have the competence to start a career in Islamic banking. This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of job market considerations, spiritual motivation, and internship experience on student interest in a career in Islamic banking. This research is descriptive quantitative. The subjects in this study were students of the Islamic Banking Study Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 25. The results showed those job market considerations, spiritual motivation, and internship experience had a positive and significant effect on student interest in a career in Islamic banking.
