This research is a quantitative study with a population and the sample is all employees of the Syariah Suriyah Cilacap People's Credit Bank (saturated sampling) as many as 43 employees. Primary data were obtained through distributing questionnaires based on a Likert scale with 5 alternative answers with a total of 40 item questions processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that simultaneously leadership, compensation and work environment variables had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. with a value of f count 32.221 and a significance of 0.000. Partially the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty with a t count of 3,971 and a significance of 0,000. Compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty with a t count of 3.066 and a significance of 0.004. While the work environment variable has a negative and significant effect on employee loyalty with t count -3.644 and a significance of 0.001.} }
