        abstract = {This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of employees of Islamic banks in Yogyakarta with the motivation variable being moderated. The population in this study were all employees Madina Islamic Bank Yogyakarta. Sampling in this study using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method. Primary data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires and interviews. In this study, 28 processed questionnaires were used. The analytical tool used in this study is the Non-Parametic Test.
The results showed that organizational culture and work discipline had an effect on employee performance. Motivation can moderate the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance.}
