SUNARYATI, S.E., M.Si %T DAMPAK KETERBUKAAN EKONOMI, FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT, ANGGARAN KESEHATAN, DAN ANGGARAN PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA DI ASEAN %X This study aims to test the variable influence of Economic Openness, Foreign Direct Investment, Health Budget, and Education Budget on the Human Development Index in ASEAN. This study uses the panel data regression model in 2015-2019. The results showed that simultaneously independent variables namely Economic Openness, Foreign Direct Investment, Health Budget, and Education Budget have a significant influence on the variables of human development index in ASEAN. The results of the study partially showed that there is one insignificant variable that is Economic Openness, while three variables namely Foreign Direct Investment, Health Budget, and Education Budget have a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index. This research is important for stakeholders involved in the development efforts of a country. Issues regarding development, especially human development in ASEAN, which is mostly developing countries, will always face dynamics and challenges from time to time, both internally such as priorities in the budget allocation of the Health and Education sector.
