In this study the population is all employees of Bank Madina Syariah and the sample used is 30 respondents. Data collection methods are using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. All data in the study were processed using SPSS Version 23. which shows that the R2 test shows that the value of 0.607 means that the employee performance variables are explained by the variables of self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience and organizational culture by 60,7% while the remaining 39,3% explained by other variables outside the study. And the T test states that the variables of self-efficacy, optimism, and resilience have no effect on employee performance, while hope and organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Whereas in the F test of self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience and organizational culture simultaneously affect the performance of employees at Islamic Banking Madina Yogyakarta. %Z Pembimbing : Rosyid Nur Anggara Putra S.Pd., M.Si.
