The population in this study were all employees at BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique. In this study, 31 questionnaires were still processed. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, transformational leadership style partially has no effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance with a tcount of -0.856 and a significant value of 0.399. Work motivation affects employee performance with a tcount of 2.931 and a significant value of 0.007.
