abstract: The aim from this paper to prove the effect of public understanding, promotion, product variation, and product knowledge on people's interest in applying for financing at Islamic Banks (a case study of business actors in Sleman Regency). This study used a questionnaire and interviews as instruments to collect data. The sample in this study was taken by a data collection method called non probability sampling, using 50 respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed by researchers using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) analysis technique version 27.The results showed that the promotion variable and product knowledge variables had a positive and significant effect on people's interest in applying for financing at Islamic Bank, while the understanding variable society and product variations do not affect the public's interest in applying for financing in Islamic Bank.
