%X This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, and  job employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri Yogyakarta Branch Office.  The population in this study were all employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri  Yogyakarta Branch Office with was sample used of 60 respondents. The data  collection method is through online questionnaires. All data were processed and  analyzed using SPSS version 21. The results showed that the compensation  variable had no significant effect on employee at Bank Syariah Mandiri  Yogyakarta Branch Office. Motivation variable has no significant effect on  employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri Yogyakarta Branch Office. And  the job loyalty variable has a significant effect on employee performance at Bank  Syariah Mandiri Yogyakarta Branch Office.
