This study uses descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study is students who have bank accounts in Yogakarta, with 100 students that determined with lemeshow formula for the sample. The data used is primary data in form of questionnaires distributed. 100 questionnaires were processed by using SPSS. The results of this study show that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use has insignificant influence on intention to use mobile banking.
