The research procedure was carried out in three stages, namely the preparation of tools and materials, data collection, and data processing. The tools prepared included a set of Fluorescence Imaging System based on Generation I High Power UV-LED, while the materials prepared included a sample of liquid detergent solution with a variation percentage of 20% and 50% with a volume of 200 mL. The data was collected by means of system adjustment, image retrieval, graphing to obtain the bins value and the number of image pixel values as well as exporting the data to Microsoftware Excel with data collection from the red component, the green component, the blue component, and the RGB-LED components. Data processing was performed using the repeatability and precision equations with the help of Microsoftware Excel.
