%X TPA (Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an) as a non-formal institution in the community that can educate children to learn to understand Islam and to read the Al-Qur'an. In this case, the role of parents is very important in monitoring the development and evaluating of their children, so the Yayasan Rumah Singgah Bumi Damai Purbayan Kotagede Yogyakarta needs to facilitate parents so that they can find out about children's development in carrying out the learning process at the Bumi Damai Rumah Singgah Foundation TPA.  With the importance of the above problems, the authors designed a TPA academic information system that would display information on the development of Al-Qur'an reading, memorization and attendance. In the design of the academic information system, this TPA uses the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database. The system development method is built using the Prototyping method with several stages, namely the preparation, design and evaluation of the prototype. The design of this system is built with Data Flow Diagrams (DFD).  From the design and development of the system that has been implemented, a system is produced that can display an information system regarding monitoring and evaluating the development of reading Al-Qur'an, memorization development and attendance of TPA students. It also has features for managing the reading values of the Qur'an, managing the development of students' memorization, and attendance of students so that parents can find out about the development and evaluate children who have studied at the TPA Yayasan Rumah Singgah Bumi Damai Purbayan Kotagede Yogyakarta.
