For this reason, an android-based frontend application with a monitoring feature was developed so that CBT is accessible from examinee home and avoid cheating. Developed with the Behavior Driven Development (BDD) method, the product owner is actively involved in all stages, namely requirement eliciting, analysis, design, and implementation. BDD is a development of Test Driven Development (TDD), which is part of Agile which makes testing the beginning of the implementation process. The testing code is obtained from the feature set written in Gherkin format. BDD was chosen because it has advantages compared to other development methods when compared to waterfall, FDD and TDD methods, which can be implemented in agile development methods, has automated testing as a derivative of TDD, has a feature set that is easy to read because it is written in English and documented in the codebase. The UIN Sunan Kalijaga CBT application has passed the Automated Testing from the Cucumber framework to all required feature sets from the product owner in a happy path testing flow. The application has been uploaded on the Google PlayStore with “CBT UIN SUKA” as the name to support the student admission process. %Z Pembimbing : Sumarsono, S.T., M.Kom
