The dependent variable in this study is employee organizational commitment, while the independent variable is five personalities consisting of five parts, namely; extraversion, neuroticism, openness, kindness, awareness. And there are also colleagues, namely colleagues. Population and sample in this study 39 employees of Bank Mega Syariah KC South Jakarta. Sampling in this study using nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Primary data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that the variables of extraversion, openness, suitability, and co-workers have a significant positive effect on employee organizational commitment, while the Neuroticism variable has a significant negative effect on employee organizational commitment.} }
