This research is a causal study which aims to find out whether one variable can affect other variables the population in this study were 45 employees. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data in this study were obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis method used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 20. The results showed that educational background, work experience, and work environment simultaneously had a positive effect on work productivity. Partially, educational background variables have effect on work productivity with a tcount of 2,627 and a significant value of 0,011 . Variable work experience had a positive affect work productivity with tcount of 3,625 and a significant value of 0,037. work environment variable has an effect on work productivity with tcount of 2,518 and a significant value of 0,047.} }
