This research is quantitative in nature which aims to test the previously established hypotheses. This population in this study amounted to 34 employees. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test with IBM SPSS 25. The result showed that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Then, work conflict has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Meanwhile, career development does not have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. And the last one is that organizational commitment, work conflict, and career development together have a positive and significant effect on work productivity.
