This research is quantitative or statistical in nature which aims to test the previously established hypotheses. This population in this study amounted to 33 employees. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test with IBM SPSS 25. The result showed that the first, job supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance. Second, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance. Third, individual characteristics has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance. And the last one is that job supervision, work environment, and individual characteristics together have a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance.
