The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in the study were all employees of the BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. In testing the hypothesis used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. While the number of samples taken was 45 respondents. sampling in this study using saturated sampling method. The data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that employee training and emotional intelligence had no effect on employee productivity. However, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.} }
