%X This study aims to test empirically the effect of financial performance on the profit sharing rate of mudharabah deposits and the rate of return on equity in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2018 period. In this study the dependent variable is the profit sharing rate on mudharabah deposits and the rate of return on equity. The independent variables are Return On Asset (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and also Operational Costs and Operating Income (BOPO). The population used in this study is Islamic commercial banks in 20152018. Then the technique of sampling is purposive sampling technique, with predetermined criteria. The sample of this study consisted of 11 Islamic commercial banks for the period 2015-2018. The analysis method used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the ROA, CAR, and BOPO variables affect the profit sharing rate of mudharabah deposits with a probability value of 0.000. Partially, the CAR and BOPO variables have a positive and significant effect with the result that the value of P> | t | below 0.05, the ROA variable does not have a significant effect on the profit sharing rate of mudharabah deposits, with the resulting value of P> | t | above 0.05. Meanwhile, the variables ROA, CAR, and BOPO simultaneously have an effect on the rate of return on equity (ROE) with a probability value of 0.000. Partially, the ROA and BOPO variables affect the rate of return on equity (ROE) with the result that the value of P> | t | below 0.05, the CAR variable has no effect on the return on equity (ROE) with the result that the value of P> | t | above 0.05.
