"A disabled female seems to have serious problems, one of which\r\ndeals with socio-political rights, in particular the rights for proper\r\neducation. Multi-discrimination, gender, disability, and poverty\r\ndiscriminations, may be the reasons behind all of this. Only a few do\r\ndisabled females have a better luck to go to school, even to college. The\r\nmajority are left in lower education than those of the normal.\r\nThe multi-discrimination towards disabled females are\r\nhegemonizing culturally that affects family and the society’s thoughts of\r\ngiving access to education, and structurally that the government’s policy\r\ndoes not reflect gender and disabled equality. The implementation of the\r\npolicy is no different.\r\nThis dissertation elaborated the meeting point between Islamic\r\nscience concept of ‘Ulu>mu al-Di>n’ to ‘Dirasa>t Islamiyyah’ and social\r\nscience viz. gender and disability when analyzing. It brought together\r\nintersection analysis (intersection between gender and disability), al-Fikr\r\nal-Di>n and Dira>sat Islami>yah (the concept of thinking baya>ni> burha>ni> and\r\nirfa>ni>) and theory of model (medical model/carity model, social model and\r\nsocial-relational model). Used to see if there was a discrimination\r\ncoincidence on gender and disability basis to disabled females, intersection\r\nanalysis was brought together with al-Fikr al-Di>n and Dira>sat Islami>yah\r\nthat is baya>ni> burha>ni> and irfa>ni approach to view the concept of thinking\r\nof Muslim family and the society in giving disabled female access to\r\neducation, then unified with the theory of model that is an approach of\r\nmedical model/carity model, social model and social-relational model to\r\nsee the patterns of advocacy conducted by the stakeholders in giving access\r\nto education for disabled females in order to create good governance.\r\nThe results of this dissertation research are, first, that the\r\ngovernment should not be sufficient to produce policies, but the\r\nimportance of implementing programs and policies for budgets or unequal\r\nbudgeting so that accessibility for women with disabilities can be well\r\nrealized affirmatively. Second, the role of parents and society is very\r\nimportant to encourage and motivate women with disabilities to access\r\neducation, interpret destiny, sincerity and non-discrimination as women\r\nwith disabilities more productively, so as not to weaken children but\r\ninstead strengthen girls with disabilities to continue to struggle in\r\nsurviving. life.
