%X Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a conditional cash assistance from the central government that is given to the vulnerable to the poor in order to alleviate poverty. In the process of providing assistance, the central government is assisted by PKH social assistants starting from the initial stage of providing assistance to the final stage. This study aims to find out how the termination process is carried out by social facilitators and how the role of PKH social assistants as social worker practitioners in the PKH graduation process during the pandemic in Gedangsari District, Gunungkidul Regency. This study was structured using qualitative methods. Data was collected by means of observation, in-depth interviews and FGD (focus group discussion). The results of this study indicate the role of social assistants in the graduation process with several stages, namely the initial stage, the implementation stage in the field and also the final stage. In the graduation process carried out in the field, in fact, there are several inhibiting factors faced by social assistants, namely internal factors and external factors.
