N2  - The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress, pay satisfaction, and organization justice on employee turnover intention with job satisfaction as a moderating variable of PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. The dependent variable in this study is employee turnover intention while the independent variables in this study are work stress, pay satisfaction, organizational justice and the moderating variable in this study is job satisfaction. The population and sample used were 31 employees. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sample techniques, so that all populations are used as samples. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that work stress, pay satisfaction, organizational justice had a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention and work stress, pay satisfaction, organizational justice that moderated by job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention.
