%T PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO ANIMASI BERBASIS EDPUZZLE  DALAM MENINGKATKAN PERKEMBANGAN BAHASA DAN SENI  ANAK USIA 4-5 TAHUN
%X This research is motivated by the lack of variation of digital or technology
media used by teachers in early childhood learning. In this digital era, early child now
is considering as "digital native" that cannot be separated from gadgets or smartphones.
So this research aims to: 1) Know how the development of Edpuzzle-based animation
videos in improving language and art development of children aged 4-5 years, and 2)
Knowing whether EdPuzzle-based animated video can improve language and art
development of children aged 4-5 years. 
This type of research is Research & Development (R&D) with level 4 that refers
to Sugiyono, in which this research is to research and test to create products that do not
yet exist. In this research, some research steps that passes through are (1) collecting
potential and problem, (2) collecting data, and (3) designing product; meanwhile
development step that passes through are (4) product validation, (5) product revision,
(6) product testing and, (7) disemination and implementation. The theme chosen in this
study is transportation with the sub-theme of buses, trains and planes and tested to 4
childred aged 4-5 years. Observation checklist, questionnaire, interview and
documentation are used in technique of collecting data which then is analysed using
descriptive quantitative and qualitative. 
The results showed 1) the development of Edpuzzle-based video animation
media including product design, product manufacturing, expert validation and testing
methods, and; 2) Edpuzzle-based video animation is able to improve language and art
development of children aged 4-5 years with an average ratio is 0,6, that children are
able to acquire new vocabularies or language and express their art through free
drawing, coloring pictures and collaging. Thus, this Edpuzzle-based animated video
media is able to improve children's language and art development.
