This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were the principal, Tahfidz teachers and children. Collecting data in this study using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that; 1. Implementation of the talaqqi method in language development in terms of receptive language achievement is that children will have many and varied vocabulary, can straighten the child's tongue, be able to read letters well, the child can pronounce according to the meaning of the letters, train the child's ability to hear and distinguish sounds sounds and sounds of language, and the child can pronounce the correct pronunciation. The implementation of the talaqqi method in the development of children's religious values is being able to instill adab in children, invite children to love Allah SWT, children are introduced to the Al-qur'an and love Al-qur'an, and create a generation that has praiseworthy characters, children can understand contents of the Al-qur?an, and children have a religious character from an early age. 2. Supporting factors, namely; professional teaching staff, complete and adequate facilities and infrastructure, good guidance in memorizing Al-qur?an, fashahah, and tajwid. the condition of the school environment is beautiful and calm, strong enthusiasm from children, and support from parents. While the inhibiting factors, namely; The development of different children's languages, the level of concentration of children who are easily distracted, children easily feel bored, children cannot wait for their turn, limited Tahfidz teachers, parents who are busy working, and activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3. The solution to overcoming obstacles is the addition of tahfidz teachers, creating an attractive learning atmosphere, and good cooperation between teachers and parents.} }
