(2) implications of playing while learning with cantol method for development. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were early childhood students and educators in Roudhoh Depok. Data collection methods with interviews and documentation. Data analysis using data analysis techniques from the Miles and Huberman models, the stages in this technique consist of data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results showed as follows: (1) the implementation of play while learning with cantol method in roudhoh depok tutoring is a learning method given to introduce letters and how to read without coercion but with games that use props and the system does not spell out cantolan, which combines two letters (consonant letters and vowels) that are read simultaneously. (2) the implications of playing while learning with cantol method for the development of early childhood linguistic intelligence in roudhoh depok tutoring are teachers / educators know and skilled in providing education, the importance of letter recognition to early childhood as the provision of further education, learning planning in accordance with the needs and abilities of students in accordance with the principles of development of linguistic intelligence of early childhood, play while learning with cantol method can produce students who have expertise for the development of linguistic intelligence in accordance with the standard level of achievement of early childhood development (STPPA), cooperation between parents and schools affect linguistic development because the criteria that students have vary. %Z Pembimbing : Dr. H.
