"Humans as social creatures require dealing with other people through\r\ninteraction activities. Interaction needs can be done by communication. It\r\nshould be noted that the role of interaction is not only in social life, but in\r\nthe process of implementing learning. In essence, the learning process\r\ninvolves a communication process, namely the process of conveying\r\nmessages (material) that comes from the teacher through learning media to\r\nmessage recipients (students).\r\nThe purpose of this study was directed to determine: (1) the process of\r\ninteraction in teacher and student learning includes verbal and non-verbal\r\ncommunication; (2) the form of interaction in the learning process between\r\nteachers and students includes one-way, two-way and multi-direction\r\ninteractions at MI Terpadu Ar Rifqi Bandung Regency.\r\nThis research was conducted at MI Terpadu Ar Rifqi Bandung Regency.\r\nThe research approach used is descriptive analytical using a qualitative\r\napproach. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews\r\nand documentation.\r\nThe results of the research that have been carried out show that: First, the\r\nlearning interaction process is divided into three activities, planning, namely\r\ncompiling a syllabus and learning implementation plan (RPP) in which there\r\nis non-verbal communication, second, implementation activities are divided\r\ninto three, initial activities, core activities and appraisal. The teacher's verbal\r\ncommunication is to say greetings, motivate students, convey goals, deliver\r\nlearning materials and learning media, and non-verbal communication is\r\ndone by approaching students, intonation of material delivery and facial\r\nexpressions. Meanwhile, students' verbal communication is in the form of\r\nquestions asked to the teacher and friends and making a presentation.\r\nMeanwhile, non-verbal communication raises the hand when going to ask\r\nand nods his head.\r\nThe two forms of interaction between teachers and students in learning\r\ninclude, one-way interaction, two-way interaction and multi-way\r\ninteraction. One-way interaction activities, namely, activities that provide\r\naction such as a teacher delivering material. Two-way interaction activities,\r\nin which the teacher and students give each other actions, such as student\r\nfeedback after the teacher delivers the material the students ask questions\r\nand come to the front of the class. Multi-directional interaction activities, in\r\nwhich the teacher and students provide transactions in the form of teachers\r\nand interact with each other, such as students in discussions and the teacher\r\nbecomes the facilitator."^^ .
